Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes!

Looking for an idea for a festive sweet treat? How about an ice cream cupcake! It's a cute variation on two party favorites. These are the perfect accessory to a birthday party or a fun snack to bring to the classroom.

The easiest way to bake these is to take a bundt cake pan and cover it with foil, then poke small holes into the foil and slide the sugar cones in. Fill the cones with 2 - 3 Tablespoons of any cake batter, and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes, rotating the pan half way through. Poke holes in a box top to hold the finished treats.  Use an ice cream scoop to place frosting on the cupcake, or for a soft serve effect, pipe frosting in a swirl on top and decorate to your liking!

Don't get discouraged if they sink after 24 hours, the cupcake makes the cone moist, so enjoy these the same day you make them!
